I offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions both in and out of the gym (Ruislip, Northwood & surrounding areas). Following a detailed consultation your programme is tailor made to you and your goals. I'm with you every step of the way and I ensure your journey is as fun and enjoyable as possible, turning exercise into a lifestyle choice rather than a chore!
Online training is a more flexible and cost effective way of reaching your goals. Whether it's a home or gym programme, you can train when it's convenient for you! Your programme is still tailor made and I make sure you stay on track with regular check-ins, reviews and ongoing support.
I'm a strong believer that exercise feeds the body, mind and soul. Sports and fitness are two things that I have been passionate about for as long as I can remember, but six months after giving birth to twins I found myself at a low point, run ragged from the demands of raising three children and extremely unhappy with what I saw in the mirror.
That's when my own journey started and I decided to take control. Training became part of my daily routine and I soon realised the positive impact it was having, not just on my body but on my mood and mental state. Fast forward a few years, and I had to start over as a single mum of three. It was my children and my training that gave me the strength to keep smiling and moving forward.
I wanted others to have the same buzz and not feel lost like I was. I started arranging exercise sessions with my friends and soon realised this was more than a passion or a hobby, it was my lifestyle and I wanted to make it a business. I knew I could use exercise to reach out to women and help them not only look good, but feel strong and confident, with the belief that they can achieve anything they put their mind to.
Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. As a fully qualified and accredited trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that exercise can bring to all areas of our lives.
