I started training at my lowest point
After my twins were born, I didn't recognise myself. Training pulled me back, body and mind.
Later, as a single mum of three, it kept me strong when life asked a lot. That's why I coach women now: to help you feel capable, confident and like yourself again.
I'm a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, with specialist qualifications in pre and post-natal exercise, weight loss and nutrition, and exercise referral. What that means for you.
Exercise feeds the body, mind and soul.

Where do sessions take place?
1-2-1 and small group sessions are at 53-55 The Broadway, Joel Street, Northwood HA6 1NZ, a short walk from Northwood Hills station. Online clients train wherever suits them, at home or in their own gym.
How much does online coaching cost?
Online coaching is £200 a month. It includes a tailored programme in the app, form checks, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, a monthly review and the private community. We'll agree how it works best for you on your free call.
Am I too old to start?
No. Some of my clients started in retirement and now train together as a small group. Every programme starts from where you are today.
Do you train women before and after pregnancy?
Yes. I came back to training myself after having twins, so I know how it feels. We'll work around your stage and energy levels, once your GP or midwife has given you the go-ahead.
Will I have to give up the foods I love?
No. Nutrition guidance is built around your life, your culture and your family meals, including vegetarian diets. The aim is habits you can keep, not a list of banned foods.
I have a health condition. Can I still train?
Yes, in most cases. I'm qualified in exercise referral, so I can work with clients who have conditions such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, joint problems or low mood, within the limits their doctor has set. Tell me about it at your consultation.
