Written for real life
I'm a mum of three. After I had twins I lost myself for a while, and training is what brought me back. This is the week I'd give a friend in that spot.
It fits around nap times and school runs, you can do it in your living room, and it won't leave you too sore to pick up your kids. There's a safety page at the start, so check that first if you're pregnant, recently had a baby or have a health condition.
